Class 11th Online Admission Process

Online Registration and Application Form Information

Dear Students and Parents,

               This is to inform all of you that this year, the admission process for Class 11 will be completely online. Therefore, no student will be able to take admission offline. It is mandatory for all students who have passed class 10th to register for the online admission process.

The online admission registration process is starting soon. All students are required to register by visiting the following government admission website: https://mahafyjcadmissions.in

At your convenience, you can complete this process by visiting your nearest computer institute or cyber cafe.

 

Registration process for class 11th admission process (11th FYJC Admission Registration Process):

1. Visit the website:

First of all, open the official website in your web browser: https://mahafyjcadmissions.in

After this, you have to select your current place of residence (Taluka).

2. New Student Registration:

On the homepage of the website, you will see the option New Registration. Click on it.

In this, you will have to fill your personal information like name, mobile number, and email ID accurately.

Then, enter your class 10th exam seat number, year of passing, and education board information.

After this you will be asked some necessary questions, answer them correctly. Finally, complete your registration by creating a secure password.

3. Create Login ID:

Once the registration process is successful, you will get your unique Login ID and Application Number. Keep this number safe. It will be important for all the further process.

4. Fill Form 1 (11th Admission Form 1):

Now you will need to use your login ID and created password to log in to the website dashboard.

After logging in, you will be asked for some necessary information, such as your full address, parents’ contact numbers and their occupation, etc. Fill this information carefully.

After this, you have to select your caste category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/OPEN).

5. Upload the required documents:

In the next step, you will need to scan and upload the following documents:

* Marksheet of class 10

* Domicile Certificate / Address Proof

* Caste Certificate (if applicable)

* Passport size colour photograph

If possible, also upload Aadhaar card and school leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate).

6. Pay the registration fee:

After this you will have to pay the registration fee online. You can pay this fee through credit card, debit card or other online payment methods.

7. Fill Form 2:

After filling Form 1, lock it.

After this, log in again and select your current place of residence (Taluka). Now you will be asked for a list of your favorite colleges. Make a list of the colleges in which you want to get admission and enter them in order of priority.

Submit the form after selecting all the colleges.

8. Merit List:

Once the admission process is complete, the merit list will be announced. Generally, 3 to 4 merit lists will be released.

You will see the name of the college in which your admission will be confirmed based on your merit. If you get your first rank college in the first merit list, it will be mandatory for you to take admission there.

If the college you got in the first merit list is not your choice, you can re-apply for the next merit lists.
